Digital Project Manager

Purpose of the Role

The Digital Project Manager (DPM) leads the successful delivery of digital projects from planning to completion. The role combines project management expertise with strategic thinking, business analysis, and client relationship management. The DPM ensures each project aligns with client goals, delivers measurable value, and meets the quality standards that define Trust-Tai’s reputation for excellence.



Accountabilities

Client Understanding and Strategy

  • Engage deeply with clients to clarify requirements and ensure the team builds solutions that meet true business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices that enhance project outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients by providing insights that improve user experience, conversion, and long-term growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through relevant service recommendations that drive mutual success.

Project Management and Delivery

  • Plan and manage the complete project lifecycle from grooming and planning through execution, QA, launch, and closure.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation including scopes, timelines, governance frameworks, and stakeholder maps.
  • Coordinate with design, development, marketing, and QA teams to maintain alignment and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead daily communications, progress reviews, and project updates to maintain visibility, accountability, and momentum.

Quality Assurance and Risk Management

  • Apply quality assurance standards and testing practices to ensure deliverables meet Trust-Tai’s technical and usability benchmarks.
  • Identify, document, and mitigate risks proactively while communicating clear solutions to stakeholders.
  • Maintain governance processes to ensure consistency, accountability, and quality throughout each project.

Resource and Cost Management

  • Oversee resource planning to match project phases with the right skills and capacity.
  • Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met without compromising quality.
  • Track project health metrics to detect early signs of scope drift and maintain profitability.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

1-2 years managing digital or web projects, preferably within a web agency, consulting, IT, or fintech environment.

Core Skills:

  • Project Management: Strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex digital initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Business Analysis: Ability to uncover true client needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to align projects with business objectives and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven success in building trust and managing expectations across cultures and time zones.
  • Tools: Proficiency with ClickUp, Figma, Slack, MS Teams, Google Workspace, and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-Leadership: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver consistently in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
  • Experience in digital consulting or strategic advisory roles.
  • Background in managing distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Understanding of hosting environments, integrations, and automation tools.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement, innovation, and workflow optimization.
