Developer

We are looking for a developer who combines solid web fundamentals with the ability to work fluently with modern AI development tools. You should know how to use AI to move faster, and know enough engineering to catch it when it is wrong.

• ·Build responsive, accessible, production-ready web experiences.
• ·Translate approved designs into accurate interfaces with thoughtful interactions.
• ·Work across modern front-end stacks and integrate APIs, CMS and back-end services when required.
• ·Use AI development tools to accelerate implementation, debugging, refactoring and documentation.
• ·Review AI-generated code critically for architecture, security, performance and maintainability.
• ·Collaborate with PM and design to estimate work and surface technical constraints early.
• ·Test across breakpoints and browsers and own fixes through launch.

• ·Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• ·Experience with React or a comparable modern framework.
• ·Comfortable with Git and debugging.
• ·Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.
• ·Able to explain how and when AI was used, validate its output and own the final code.
• ·Strong eye for matching a design accurately.

• ·WordPress, Shopify or headless CMS experience.
• ·API and database integration.
• ·Motion and interaction experience.
• ·Performance and accessibility knowledge.
