Project Manager

You will be the person who keeps strategy, people and execution moving in the same direction. This role is for someone who can take an ambiguous brief, shape a clear path and keep clients and internal teams confident in what happens next.

• ·Own project timelines, priorities, scope and delivery from kickoff through launch.
• ·Translate client requests into clear briefs, tasks and acceptance criteria.
• ·Coordinate designers, developers and other specialists without micromanaging them.
• ·Run useful meetings, document decisions and surface risks early.
• ·Maintain clear client communication and protect both quality and momentum.
• ·QA deliverables before client review and keep follow-up actions accountable.
• ·Improve internal workflows and use AI-assisted tools where they reduce repetitive coordination work.

• ·Strong written and verbal communication.
• ·Proven ability to manage website, product or digital projects.
• ·Comfortable working with developers and designers.
• ·Able to prioritize across multiple projects.
• ·High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• ·Familiarity with modern PM and documentation tools and willingness to use AI-assisted workflows.

• ·Agency or client-services experience.
• ·Web, CMS or ecommerce project exposure.
• ·Ability to understand technical trade-offs without needing to code.
